Challenges
We Faced.

The main challenge we faced with Limpiado Memorial Foundation’s school: Lightbringer Learning Center is the location and the current dynamic situation with the pandemic. It’s located in Biliran and the island already has a number of schools that no doubt has garnered loyalty due to its availability to nearby households.
The problems we needed to address were two-fold: address the relatively low total addressable market within the area and cut through the brand loyalty that our market might have for the readily available schools around them.

Strategies
We Used.

To address the main issue of the low total addressable market, we had to work on expanding the reach of Limpiado Memorial Foundation by leveraging their innovative PACE Curriculum and remote learning capabilities. We targeted locations outside Biliran so we can penetrate new markets and increase the enrollments for the next semester.
We also maximized the number of inquiries by using multiple campaign objectives from Facebook along with creating a personalized lead response system designed with conversion in mind so we can make sure every inquiry we get has a high chance of converting in the near future or can be nurtured for future conversions by the school.
Throughout the paid and organic social media campaigns, we also highlighted the unique PACE Curriculum and all of the benefits the market will get through creative and ad angle tests so we can make the decision of enrolling in Lightbringer Learning Center becomes a no-brainer for our market.

Summary
Of Results.

After running the campaigns for 3 months, we were able to generate an average of 95 monthly inquiries, of which, we got 19 high intent leads who were really interested. So far, the school had 6 out of these leads enroll to the school but we’re continuing to nurture the leads generated to make sure they learn more and more about Lightbringer Learning Center and enroll in the future.
With the 6 enrollees, we were able to generate 123,350php in initial enrollment revenue for the client. These 6 enrollments would generate more consistent revenue with the client since it’s not just a one-time offer – every student enrolled would probably stay with them and become advocates for the brand.
